Butterfly is a picture book intended for children two to six years of age. Butterfly is a tale of a young fairy finding identity. It’s a story of wanting to belong, to be part of something bigger, and of friendship. The tiny protagonist battles with a sense of not being good enough. Throughout the story we come to understand and empathize with her plight, yet Butterfly emerges as the protector of Caterpillars. It is a huge title which she is proud to carry.
